Had my final hearing Feb. 2016, was awarded case in a March 2016 decision. Still as of 8/2016 awaiting any back pay from the original filing.

As of today, 8/2016, again called Ssdi, just today they informed me my daughter needs a hearing to retain her benefits and retro pay from 2014. Ssdi set up a phone hearing for me.

Binder and binder , meanwhile the attorney at my hearing stated even the monthly benefits my daughter would be getting and they will process her stuff about two weeks after mine! All false and they take.
I responsibility for not providing that information, now it's going to take another 7-12 months to get her benefits and retro pay from 2014. Ssdi set up a phone hearing for me. Called binder and binder and binder and they said now that was up to me and Ssdi disregards paperwork filed ?!!!! Ridiculous .
